Go to the maker's site only and download that driver model,or later one if available. Use Display Driver Uninstaller [DDU],in SAFE MODE,then install the downloaded one. WebSounds like a GPU fan profile doesn't kick in until specified temp. Don't know about EVGA card though. I have 2080FE and the default fan profile makes both fans always spin at 40% even low temp. Maybe find out how EVGA 2080 fan profile works or install either precision x1 or afterburner to manually control fan speed. -1 Sora 4y 0

WebJun 27, 2024 · The GPU turns off and flashes white but the rest of the computer stays on. the cpu stays one and spinning, all the fans stay on and spinning, and the mobo stays on and lit up with leds. I have to force restart to get it working again. I was told it was the GPU overheating even though my censers said it wasnt, so i got 3 more 120mm fans. Shroud coolers don't have passive airflow in mind. 26% should be completely inaudible … WebMost modern GPUs have a "zero RPM" mode where the fans don't spin up until needing. My 7900XTX won't run them until the GPU hits around 50C, for example. The rubbing fans issue is unrelated to that mode and is a result from card sag causing the shroud to warp slightly and interfere with fan blades. Many solutions out there to this problem.
