Announcements are on hold until contract terms can be agreed upon for the Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) campus at 1407 W. North Temple. Those negotiations may continue into the fall. WebRocky Mountain Power owns approximately 100 acres along North Temple and intends to redevelop those 100 acres to what is being referred to as “the Power District Campus.” As part of its first steps, Rocky Mountain Power asked the Council to rezone a section of the property so it can construct a new headquarters building for its operations.
